delivery & Returns

  • Do you ship to my country?
    I ship all across Australia. Additional fees may apply when shipping larger artworks. I will be in touch with delivery fees after the order has been placed. Ordering from overseas? Please send an email to You won't miss out on owning an original artwork or fine art print of mine!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Australian standard shipping across Australia applies. Please allow 2-7 business days from receiving your order confirmation. All orders are dispatched from Amanda's studio in Sydney, Australia. Please note standard delivery time frames are an estimation provided by Australia Post and delays during transit may occur from time to time. If you are shopping from outside of Australia, please email for more information.
  • How much is shipping?
    Standard shipping across Australia is free. If you'd like your order sooner, please email International shipping is available. Please send an email to
  • Can I track my order?
    All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Australia Post via email, including a tracking number.
  • Can I collect an artwork in person?
    If you live in Sydney Australia, yes you can make arrangements for collection. Please email for details.
  • What if damage occurs during shipping?
    Your artwork and fine art prints are packed using as much padding and protection as is reasonable in order to ensure that it arrives safely. If any damage does occur to your artwork during delivery, contact me immediately.
  • Does someone need to be home for delivery?
    Yes, all deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during normal business hours. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept the delivery as I check the box with Australia Post to require a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, I recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items, I suggest having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside. I am unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • I've provided an incorrect address, what do I do?"
    When you purchase artworks on the website please provide a delivery location that is reasonable and easy to access for couriers and delivery of artwork(s). Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it and that your shipping details and address are correct, including phone number and email address. If you supply an incorrect address (i.e. the unit number is missing), and the item is returned, then you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item.
  • Can I return my print for another size or refund my order?
    A print can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged, please send an email to and include a picture of how the print was received.
  • Returns on originals?
    I want you to be completely happy with your artwork, forever. If you have a change of mind and have had the artwork for less than two weeks, we can make a direct exchange for another available original artwork of equal value. Please email within two weeks of receiving your artwork stating that you wish to exchange. Shipping and insurance of the artwork back to Amanda Mahony Art is at your own expense. Please return the original artwork back in the same condition you received it in order to receive an exchange.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Paypal and all credit cards.
  • What currency is charged in the shop?
    All prices indicated are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) and will transact in AUD$ at the checkout.
