Do you ship to my country?I ship all across Australia. Additional fees may apply when shipping larger artworks. I will be in touch with delivery fees after the order has been placed. How long does shipping take?Australian standard shipping across Australia applies. Please allow 3-10 business days from receiving your order confirmation. All orders are dispatched from Amanda's studio in Sydney, Australia. Please note standard delivery time frames are an estimation provided by Australia Post and delays during transit may occur from time to time. If you are shopping from outside of Australia, please email amandamahonyart@gmail.com for more information.

Can I track my order?All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Australia Post via email, including a tracking number.

Can I collect an artwork in person?If you live in Sydney Australia, yes you can make arrangements for collection. Please email amandamahonyart@gmail.com for details.

What if damage occurs during shipping?Your artwork and fine art prints are packed using as much padding and protection as is reasonable in order to ensure that it arrives safely. If any damage does occur to your artwork during delivery, contact me immediately.

Does someone need to be home for delivery?Yes, all deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during normal business hours. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept the delivery as I check the box with Australia Post to require a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, I recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items, I suggest having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside. I am unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

I've provided an incorrect address, what do I do?When you purchase artworks on the website please provide a delivery location that is reasonable and easy to access for couriers and delivery of artwork(s). Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it and that your shipping details and address are correct, including phone number and email address. If you supply an incorrect address (i.e. the unit number is missing), and the item is returned, then you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item.

How can I commission a custom artwork?To commission a custom piece of art from Amanda Mahony Art, you can follow these simple steps: 1. **Initial Enquiry:** Begin by visiting the Commission page. Please include details about what you are looking for, such as size, medium and write any titles of Amanda's work that you have seen. 2. **Consultation:** Amanda will reach out to schedule a consultation either via email, phone, or video call. This discussion will help her understand your vision and specific requirements for the commissioned artwork. 3. **Proposal and Agreement:** After the consultation, Amanda will provide you with a quote and timings for your approval 4. **Deposit:** A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin the project. This secures your spot in Amanda's work schedule and covers initial material costs. 5. **Creation Process:** Amanda will start working on your commissioned piece. She often provides updates on the progress, including images, so you can see how the artwork is developing. 6. **Final Approval and Payment:** Once the piece is completed, Amanda will send you images for final approval. Upon your agreement, the remaining balance will be due. 7. **Delivery:** After the final payment is received, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address, or you can arrange for a local pick-up if applicable.

How long does the commission process take?The commission process typically takes up to roughly six weeks to complete. This timeline can vary depending on the size and medium of the artwork. How much does a commissioned work cost?The cost of commissioned artwork depends on a variety of factors including the size of the artwork, the number of paintings you’d like to commission, and your shipping location. You can get an idea of my pricing on the "Shop Original Art" page. In addition, my commissioned paintings include a custom art fee due to the unique collaborative nature of the project. You will receive a quote for the project that you are considering once you answer the initial questions. I require a 50% deposit upon starting, which is non-refundable. This covers the time and materials. The remainder is payable before sending the artworks. The quote includes up to two minor compositional amendments. I want you to love your commission so reworks can be requested but may incur additional costs.

Can I return my print for another size or refund my order?A print can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged, please send an email to amandamahonyart@gmail.com and include a picture of how the print was received.

Are there returns on original art?I want you to be completely happy with your artwork, forever. If you have a change of mind and have had the artwork for less than two weeks, we can make a direct exchange for another available original artwork of equal value. Please email amandamahonyart@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your artwork stating that you wish to exchange. Shipping and insurance of the artwork back to Amanda Mahony Art is at your own expense. Please return the original artwork back in the same condition you received it in order to receive an exchange.
